Het National Constitution Center in Philadelphia opende recent de must-see expositie ‘From Asbury Park to the Promised Land: The Life and Music of Bruce Springsteen’. Deze eerste grote tentoonstelling over de Amerikaanse songwriter werpt een blik op het leven van Springsteen, te beginnen bij het begin van zijn bands zoals Child, the Castiles en Steel Mill, doorheen zijn werk met de E Street Band en als solo-artiest. Bezoekers krijgen de zeldzame kans om meer dan 150 voorwerpen te bezichtigen, waaronder de Fender Esquire gitaar van de cover van ‘Born to Run’, de outfit die Springsteen droeg op de cover van ‘Born in the USA’, een groot aantal handgeschreven songteksten, affiches van alle fasen van zijn carrière, en diverse onderscheidingen, waaronder zijn Academy Award voor het nummer ‘Streets of Philadelphia. Tortuguero: une étape à ne pas manquer lors d’un circuit au Costa Rica!

Sur la zone Nord Est de la côte caribéenne du Costa Rica se trouve Tortuguero, l’équivalent de l’Amazonie au Costa Rica. Tortuguero signifie ‘région des tortues’. Chaque année, Tortuguero accueille 4 des espèces de tortues de mer. La tortue luth niche de Mars à Juillet; la tortue Caouanne niche de mai à Août; la tortue verte de juin à Octobre et la tortue Caret de mai à novembre. Comme vous le voyez, il est possible toute l’année d’explorer Tortuguero beach et de rencontrer les tortues dans leur habitat naturel. Lorsque vos clients visitent Tortuguero, faites-leur part des saisons de nidification afin qu’ils tirent au mieux parti de leur voyage.

EurAm a récemment ajouté un nouvel hôtel à son offre sur Tortuguero: le Turtle Beach Lodge. Ce lodge est situé 5 miles au Nord de la ville de Tortuguero, à 20 minutes de bateau. L’hôtel est entouré par la jungle, un canal privé et 800 mètres de plage privée.

Aan de noordoostelijke Caribische kust van Costa Rica ligt Tortuguero, ook wel bekend als Amazone gebied van Costa Rica. Tortuguero staat voor ‘schildpadden regio’. Vier soorten zeeschildpadden leggen op deze stranden elk jaar hun eitjes. De ‘leatherback turtle’ legt haar eitjes van maart tot juli; de ‘loggerhead turtle’ van mei tot augustus; de ‘green turtle’ legt ze van juni tot oktober en de ‘hawksbill turtle’ legt haar eieren van mei tot november. Zoals u kunt zien, is het mogelijk om vrijwel het grootste deel van het jaar het strand van Tortuguero te verkennen en deze zeeschildpadden te leren kennen in hun natuurlijke omgeving. Zorg ervoor dat u bij een volgende Costa Rica offerte uw klanten kan adviseren over de verschillende broedseizoenen, om op die manier hun bezoek aan Tortuguero compleet te maken.

EurAm voegde recent een nieuw hotel toe aan de Tortuguero producten: de Turtle Beach Lodge. Deze lodge ligt op 5 mijl ten noorden van Tortuguero stad, ongeveer 20 minuten per boot.
